Ferdinand E. Marcos Jr: Will he help us make a change?

As they say, to have a good country requires a good leader.

Back then, under the rule of our late president, Ferdinand E. Marcos, the Philippines used to be known as the tiger of Asia, and the exchange of the Philippine peso for dollars was one-to-one.

But in this new era, his son, Ferdinand E. Marcos Jr. is now the new president of the Philippines.

I heard a lot of stories from different people that he is a good president but also a bad president. It is because a lot were against the “marshall law” before that his father implemented that’s why he inherited the anger of the Filipinos. But to be honest, having this kind of rule or implementing this law is effective to the point that crime counts back then can only be counted with our hands. But nowadays, since Marshall law has been disputed, there are so many crime cases reported.

On the other hand, I also heard a lot of rumors about the President of the Philippines, Ferdinand E. Marcos Jr. that he is a corrupt official. He steals a lot of money from the fund of the Philippines that’s why he is rich and has a lot of properties. Moreover, these kinds of rumors haven't been confirmed, so I cannot honestly comment on them.

Moreover, I’m still wondering if the nuclear powerplant that the Late President Marcos built was given the chance to work, would it make our lives easier? What if his father’s plan had been implemented long ago? Will the Philippines be one of the richest countries in Asia? And what if the Marshall Law is still implemented up to this day, will it lessen or eradicate all crimes in the Philippines?

In conclusion, I just hope that President Marcos E. Marcos Jr. will do his best in leading our country and I hope that also the Filipinos will cooperate for a better Philippines.
